User Qualification

More than 10 years experience in Painting including knowledge and skilled in Interior & Exterior, Residential & Commercial, Decorative Finishes, Special Effects, Staining, Liming, Varnish Finishes, Wallpaper Removal, Spray Painting, Small Plaster Repairs and not the last, Tinting.
Responsible for all types of painting, including Specialty Finishes and not limited to Decorative Cornices & Ceiling Roses. Duties also extend to and are not limited to Special Effects & Feature Walls, Graffiti Removal, Staining, Liming, Varnish Finishes, Wall Paper Removal and Small Plaster Repairs for Existing Residential and Commercial Properties and new painting projects throughout Melbourne CBD area and surrounding suburbs.
Supervision of up to 8 painters and working in with other professionals to ensure that the project at hand is completed effectively from start to finish.
Order materials and supply orders; tinting colours to match existing, consistently meet strict time constraints.
Experience with hundreds of projects including:
• Painting Exterior: A sizeable Residential Body Corporate Building in Black Rock.
• Painting Interior & Exterior: A Double Storey Residential Property in Hawthorn East.
• Painting/Varnish Interior & Exterior: A Double Storey Residential Property and Exterior Decking in Ringwood.
• Painting/Feature Walls Interior: A Residential three Bedroom Unit in Carlton.
• Painting/Federation Style Interior: A Single Storey four Bedroom Residential Property in Brunswick.
