 Extensive experience scheduling and estimating all Trades for new build and restoration projects .

2006 REGENCY CONSTRUCTIONS (AUST) Pty Ltd
 Contracted Brick/Block work on Commercial development of Wadham Park Thoroughbred Training Complex in Trentham, Victoria ,Australia. Project value $15 Million.
 Working on a daily basis with Director of Regency Constructions to achieve highest possible quality and unique end result.

2007 RUSSELL PARSONS BUILDERS & DESIGNERS
 Won contract for $3 million single residential/new home build which is nominated for 2007 building awards within the Australian building industry.
 Won this contract after an inspection of my work at Wadham Park, by the director of Russell Parsons.

 Won contract for second stage of Wadham Park, a sister complex for the breeding of Thoroughbred livestock. Estimated project value $11 million.






WADHAM PARK , TYLDEN VICTORIA

In 2002, work commenced on the most ambitious racing operation ever undertaken in Australia. The creation of Wadham Park group of companies facilitated the development of Australia’s premier thoroughbred training facilities, with two world class locations established in Victoria and Queensland.
Wadham Park Victoria, located at Tylden and situated within the Kyneton/Woodend region, is set on 135 acres. The $15 million facility includes stabling for 80 horses, 2 x 10 horse walker, 20 metre sand roll, 6 horse aqua walker, swimming pool, 50 spelling paddocks, 2,400 metre Pro-ride track and a 2,000 grass track.
