I require a builder to construct some closed balconies outside four particular windows that will provide some soundproofing qualities to the house. The particulars of the windows are as follows;

Window 1: Height 1245 Width 1750
Winddow 2: Height 1245 Width 1600
Window 3: Height 1040 Width 2735
Window 4: Height 1040 Width 2735

I would like to use 6.38mm laminated glass to enclose each window. The floor can be compressed fibre cement sheeting or something that will allow for plants to be placed in the balconies. The support structure for the floor, top of framework and outside corners of the framework to be made of galvanised steel as appropriate. The structural strength of the closed balconies needs to be able to carry a dead weight of 250 kilograms or a falling body weight equal to 200 kilogram impact.

Please note the balconies are on the second floor of the building which will require building at height.
