Painter required for large painting job of apartment building. 9 level building.

Painting to include job:
(a) interior, ground level foyer, 8 hallways, 1 stairway (ground floor to 9th floor), stairway rails and windows located within the stairway. Will also include painting of 35 new firedoors. No ceiling painting required, walls only.

(b) exterior ground level to level one of building including windows and foyer awning and columns

Now accepting interest in the job. Viewing the premises will be conducted within one day for all interested parties on a date set by the Executive Committee of building. Date of inspection will be disclosed to applicants through personal correspondence outside of this ad.

Quotes will be accepted for both Job A and B separately or combined however those who wish to quote for both jobs will not automatically be guaranteed Job A and Job B however competitive combined quotes will be looked on favorably.

All quotes must be itemised by job and area of building and provided within one week of inspection date.

Start date not confirmed but estimated at mid-year.
