The idea.

The idea behind WorkBidder started off sometime ago when founder, Stuart Kidd thought that there should to be a better way to contact workers without having to go the Yellow Pages route or some expensive 118 number. Instead of chasing around the phone book or surfing a maze of websites around Google there would be a one-stop shop where professional workers gather en masse and who could bid on the job you have in mind whether it be large or small. Not only would you find painters and decorators, plumbers and builders but you'd also find computer web developers, hair stylists and sports and fitness instructors.

WorkBidder was born and it had one aim, a simple one - help cut costs for people who require jobs completed and help connect them to the best workers possible.
